We’re cranking up the fun this November with a throwback like no other! On Friday 7th November at 6pm, DM Elite Inverness is transforming into a full-blown 80s fitness party — think neon lights, classic anthems, retro vibes and unapologetically loud outfits. 

This Friday Night Lights is taking on an 80s Glow & Glitter Theme, and you’re invited to go all-in:

✅ Dress Code: Neon, glitter, leg warmers, headbands, high-cut leotards… the more outrageous, the better! 

🎶 Playlist: Pure 80s bangers to keep the energy high from warm-up to cool down. 

💪 Workout: Fun, inclusive and team-spirited — suitable for all members. 

🍕 Post-Workout Fuel: Pizza party to finish (because balance, right?)
